Job Description

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in technology & architecture with experience of Digital technologies and ability to drive innovation, change and client-partnerships
  • Experience and deep architect-level understanding of digital technologies such as API, Data/Analytics, UX technologies, etc
  • Experience working in large-scale digital transformation initiatives
  • Ability to advise clients and partners on digital initiatives (e.g. roadmap development, architecture etc.)
  • Ability to develop partnerships, strong communication, collaboration and networking skills
  • Ability to drive innovation, new ideas and thoughts across the IT department
  • Curious mind and strong learning ability to keep up with the latest technology trends and directions
  • Experience in guiding/mentoring/coaching a team of architects/SMEs
  • Demonstrated ability to enable organizational growth and deliver white glove service to clients and partners
  • Must have previous experience in a leadership position

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for defining the technology architecture, standards, and governance processes technology vision, strategy, and its execution at TC Services USA
  • You will have an internal-facing role and an external-facing role
  • Internally, you will be working with the IT department to guide them on key technology decisions, engineering excellence areas, and articulating the technology vision for them
  • Your internal-facing responsibilities will also include collaborating with project management, customer success, and business development in areas of technology and strategic initiatives
  • Your external-facing role will include client and partner interactions, showing them the vision of technical roadmap, futuristic thinking, and participating in industry organizations
  • You will work closely with other executive leaders to ensure that the company’s technology roadmap is aligned with its business strategy
  • You will review the software scale and performance of our platform and ideate on how the platform elements can be scaled up at reduced cost, how we can get better performance from our systems
  • Provide strategic direction on the application of technology and work with functional leaders to deliver technology solutions that enable the organization to meet growth objectives
  • Drive the analysis and re-engineering of existing business processes, identifying and developing the capability to use new tools, and reshaping the enterprise’s physical infrastructure and network access
  • Execute technology initiatives by fostering innovation, prioritizing strategic goals, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of technology systems across the organization
  • Oversee and provide a high-uptime technology infrastructure supporting essential business applications (both back-office and customer-facing) and functions, while maintaining best in class operational standards
  • Review or create foundational documentation and industrialized processes to support all major technology components – software and hardware – to accelerate future initiatives
  • Establish a metrics package (that will be refined over time) to monitor team performance and progress, and key milestones to measure performance to goals
  • Develop relationships with the executive leadership team and management team
  • Lead execution of technology strategy and in coordination with the executive leadership team
  • Continuously re-evaluate the technology roadmap to meet or exceed industry best practices and embrace new innovations or emerging technology

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift Monday to Thursday
  • Friday 9am-3pm

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Montvale, NJ 07645: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
