Job Description
Partner Relationship Management:
- Identify and establish partnerships with organizations that complement the company’s products, services, or objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Regularly communicate with partners and clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and offer our services.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the company’s leadership team to develop a comprehensive partner alliance strategy.
- Set clear goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner relationships.
- Create and execute plans to achieve partnership objectives and drive revenue growth.
Partner Recruitment:
- Research and identify potential partners that align with the company’s mission and values.
- Evaluate prospective partners, conduct due diligence, and negotiate partnership agreements.
- Onboard new partners, ensuring they are fully informed about the company’s products, services, and processes.
Communication and Reporting:
- Regularly update partners and clients on company developments, products, and services.
- Provide partners and clients with relevant resources, materials, and support to promote their success.
- Prepare and deliver reports on the status of partnerships, including performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.
- Handle high-volume inquiries and requests from customers/partners and address their needs.
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive white glove service that meets their needs.
- Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
- Hold monthly meetings with clients and partners, if needed.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in partner alliance management, business development, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in giving online presentations through Zoom and Webinars to a large audience.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align partnerships with the company’s goals.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 base pay + $100 commissions per account

- 8 hour shift Monday to Thursday
