Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent. Collaborating across departments, you’ll identify staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, source candidates, and ensure seamless onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with departments to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and strategic outreach, including targeting passive candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles.
Recruitment Strategy & Process Improvement
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Use data-driven recruitment techniques to optimize sourcing and reduce time-to-hire.
- Analyze hiring metrics and continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Candidate Experience & Onboarding
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Facilitate onboarding to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships across departments to align recruitment with business goals.
- Advise on recruitment best practices and ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a corporate environment.
- Proven expertise in sourcing through various channels.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple roles and prioritizing tasks effectively.
