Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent. Collaborating across departments, you’ll identify staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, source candidates, and ensure seamless onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with departments to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and strategic outreach, including targeting passive candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles.

Recruitment Strategy & Process Improvement

  • Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Use data-driven recruitment techniques to optimize sourcing and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Analyze hiring metrics and continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Candidate Experience & Onboarding

  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Facilitate onboarding to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships across departments to align recruitment with business goals.
  • Advise on recruitment best practices and ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a corporate environment.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing through various channels.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple roles and prioritizing tasks effectively.
